Abstract
The article the research results of the influence of nematode fauna parazite of autumn rape Brassica napus L, the density and species diversity in the Republic of Moldova have been investigated. The species structure of soil nematode communities includes 52 species, the largest number of species were noted from genera: Alaymus, Mylonchulus, Rhabditis, Diplogaster, Cervidellus, Eudorylaimus, Pungentus, Pratylenchus, Aphelenchus, Ectaphelenchus, Paratylenchus.
