Abstract

The present study had followed to evaluate the bird fauna’s diversity and the seasonal dynamic of birds’ population in the upper sector of Bârlad River basin. We did our fieldwork May 2018 until May 2019. The bird fauna’s list include 105 bird species. The typically woodland bird species are dominant like diversity, but also through their effectives. The wetland bird species appear just during the migration time, with very small effectives. We notice a negative trend for the common bird species present in the perimeter of open and agricultural lands.
