CALCULATIONS OF THE THERMO-HIGROMETRIC BIOCLIMATIC INDEX ON THE TERRITORY OF CHIȘINĂU

Abstract

In this article was presented thermo-hygrometric index for the territories of the Chișinău, using the temperature and humidity datas taken from Chișinău meteorological stations (1936-2018). It was determined that in 7 months of a year (October-April) dominates cold bioclimatic, in 4 months (May, June, August and September) dominates confort bioclimatic and just in a month (July) dominates hot bioclimatic type. It is recommended to the tourism national agencies to calculate THI index for a better information of beneficiaries.
