Some legislative references on the protection of the environment from the Bâc river basin

Abstract

The article reflects some analyzes of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Moldova, of some ordinances and governmental decisions in relation to the state of the environmental factors in the river basins. The study is conducted in the context of the first stage of research within the institutional project "Spatial-time changes and trends of the environmental components of the Bâc river basin under the anthropic impact". The purpose of the research exposed in this material is to highlight the requirements of the legislative documents and the extent to which they correspond to economic and environmental activities in the Bâc river basin.
