Abstract

Nowadays, the motivation to practice physical exercise, rhythmic and organized, has become a problem, both because of social trends that encourage the individual to be sedentary, and because of the fact that there are quite a lot of ways, attractive for teenagers, to spend their free time. Convenience, self-satisfaction, lack of competitive spirit has also transferred to the classroom these behaviours of teenagers, who try to avoid participating in Physical Education classes. Identifying methods and intervention tools to stimulate motivation and the desire to be involved is not an easy task, which puts the teacher in a position to probe his creativity and knowledge. In this sense, we have tested and we try to present you some ways to reach students, to make them leave their comfort zone and actively participate in the activities carried out in Physical Education class.
