Abstract
This article represents a theoretical and practical study that highlights the correlation: personal
self - efficacy updating of teachers - prevention of burnout state. The introduction was made a brief excursus
historical content specific and non-specific play patterns status burnaut and components of this state,
individual symptoms, what is observed in interpersonal relations and the autoorganizational level. Finally,
propose strategies / methods, forms and procedures for preventing and overcoming the state of burnaut.
