Abstract
The predictive management of jobs and their related skills takes into account the constraints of the institution's external and internal environment, as well as the strategic directions decided by it, having a collective component, which takes into account the detection of problems related to the evolution of work functions, of the skills and the effectives, which allow the definition of the rules, the adjustment of the needs of human resources as an individual component, in order to promote the professional development and the employability of each employee at the level of the professional career. This article elucidates the psycho-pedagogical benchmarks of the predictive management of human resources in the early education institution. The concept of predictive management is analyzed and the factors of predictive management, its elements and their main responsibilities are described.
