Abstract
This article explores the barriers and specific needs related to student participation and learning. Through experimental research, the study identifies barriers to participation and learning that are unique to students with special educational needs. It also describes the types of learning barriers commonly encountered in higher education. Based on the nature of these barriers, the paper suggests strategies for reducing them by addressing the specific needs of students.
