Abstract

Metaphoric association cards (OH) serve as powerful tools in psychotherapy, counselling, and personal development, facilitating self-expression, communication, and emotional exploration. By combining metaphoric association cards, individuals access unconscious thoughts, emotions, and traumatic experiences, triggering self-healing. Integrated with story therapy, OH cards help diagnose and correct internal processes, identify values, and navigate life challenges. The therapeutic story "1001 Nights" illustrates self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and inner balance through symbolic themes. Used in group psychotherapy, these cards foster insight, catharsis, empowerment, and integration, making storytelling a transformative tool for emotional processing and psychological growth.
