Abstract

The personality of an offender aged 18-25 years, who has committed theft, doesn’t represent a
new type of human personality and it doesn’t present social danger from the prospect of physical violence,
but, because of more pronounced features and a system of negative values, is disposed to a delinquent
behavior. The involvement of the offender in a special program based on components of behavioral change
and social education, will reduce the infractional level.
