Abstract

Teachers have higher levels of stress than other professions. Researchers show that in Eastern
and Western Europe, two-thirds of teachers are affected by work-related stress, and a third exhibit obvious
symptoms of emotional exhaustion. Research has indicated that overwork (burnout syndrome) is a
particularly stress process, related to labor requirements and working conditions. In the study, we
conducted a psychological approach of the burnout syndrome in people with professions in the field of
education through questioning. After analyzing the data we came up with some practical
recommendations for employees in the educational system
