Abstract
The spheres, environments, working conditions of the language function determine the
environment, the linguistic picture in a state. The current glotic scene in the country implies a series of
activities on linguistic education and cultivation in speech. These activities require internal and external
problems - glotic and extraglotic. If the extraglotic ones need and can be solved by the whole society, the
glotic ones are to be solved by the language culture as a separate philological science. The school has
been given the primary task of being a cultivator and a propagator of the treasure of our literary language.
The fundamental grammar knowledge of the Romanian language is an indispensable prerequisite for the
operative acquisition of all study subjects, helping students refine their thinking, including the intuitive
(artistic) one, in order to communicate clearly and colorfully.
