EXPERIENŢA ACADEMICĂ – FACTOR IMPORTANT ÎN OPTIMIZAREA ADAPTĂRII STUDENTULUI ÎN MEDIUL UNIVERSITAR

Abstract

University is the center where the education of tomorrow's society members is
performed at the highest level, advocating for the concept of changing the old values, but
accepting the idea that the students bear their own value system. The work below offers a study of
students’ adaptation to academic environment, at the same time providing an analysis of a series
of indicators that constitute the achievement reference level for the students’ interaction between
overall personality development and conditions of the educational process.
