Abstract
In this article are summarized the facilitatory conditions for personal development. Similarly,
there are identified structures, forms and possible results towards the benefit of intervention programs in
the personal development of the teaching staff and the psychological skills and attitudes of the personal
development counselor / trainer. There are presented various forms and ways, learning techniques in the
concepts of permanent education, adult education in order to allow the teacher an integral promotion of
his person, a creative adaptation and authentic transformation.
