Abstract
The decision is the focal point of both learning and professional activities. The impact of effective decision-making is indisputable in lifelong learning activities. In this article, we will present the results of an experimental study and highlight the particularities of the decision-making capacity of psychologists, students, and military; we will list some of the barriers detected in this framework and the resources identified. Finally, we propose some psychological recommendations, solutions for developing decision-making in lifelong learning
