Abstract
This article considers the issue of organization and leadership of the learning process by a
teacher. Issues of this process are highlighted like as functions, methods and technologies, managerial skills
that can be used with in order to help each student achieving his full potential as an individual. Materials
of this article will be useful for all the teachers involved in the educational process, for the students and
graduates of the pedagogical universities eager for better training to practice the profession.
