Abstract
The issue of formal and non-formal learning planning has changed in time a lot being studied
more from the theoretical and methodological point of view becoming a complex process. That is way,
the management planning of extracurricular institution and extracurricular learning activities should be
thought and seen in a multiaspectual and multidimensional form, having a wellplanned
psychopedagogical approach. In this context the extracurricular learning should be seen as a very
complex process that has a great impact on social development of the students and supposes many
pedagogical, psychological and social factors involvement
