Abstract
Traditionally, the differentiated instruction is designed and carried out by taking into
account specific characteristics of students. Usually, these are either learning styles or multiple
intelligences. Such a training system is against the holistic nature of human learning. The article proposes a
new approach to differentiated instruction using student's learning profile, which articulates a combination
of scores on different dimensions of his/her personality.
