Abstract
The national and international labor market statistics reveal structural changes in the sectorial distributionof the labor force, outlining a tendency of increasein the number of employees and jobs with a "man-man" occupational profile. At the same time, the Classification of Occupations in the Republic of Moldova (CORM 006-14) introduces 1750 new occupations, among which many of psycho-pedagogical nature. In this article, we intend to conduct a functional analysis of the occupational regulations in the labor market ofthe Republic Moldova and the qualifications offered by the universities.
