Abstract

The article discusses methodological and practical aspects of efficient accomplishment of practice periods by students, according to the Study Program 0532.1 Geography. The significance of the study presented in the paper focuses on the approach of a particular case study on the organization and realization of the practice period with the students of group 211, the Faculty of Geography of Tiraspol State University and State Enterprise " Institute of Forestry Research and Development " of the Republic of Moldova. The analyzed examples are related to the efficient accomplishment by the students of the content of the Curriculum of Professional Practice in both laboratory and field applications. The
knowledge, skills and competences acquired by the students during the practice period will constitute the pillars they will need for success in subsequent activities in the field.
