Abstract
Every citizen irrespective of religion, ethnicity, race, gender, etc., is entitled to the same respect, to the recognition of his own dignity. Relationships between people are based on the equal dignity of all. From a legal point of view, "any person has the right to a nationality" (Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 15) and related civil rights. The school represents the main social unit in achieving intercultural education, in preventing and fighting ethnic conflicts, educating pupils in the spirit of respect for the representatives of other nations and nationalities, ensuring an education of equivalent quality for all pupils, regardless of skin colour, eyes, sex , social status, physical and mental
capacities in the formation of common values of peaceful common convection.
