Abstract
The present article deals with the topics of the classification of learning
strategies and their use in the training/developing of the students’ skills of independent
work. Ways of using the strategies, obstacles and conditions for maintaining the new
strategy were presented. The article revealed the importance of learning strategies in
student academic performance.
