FACTORS AND MEANS OF ENSURING MOTIVATION FOR LEARNING

Abstract

The present study approaches the issue of learning motivation, in the context of training students who are to become teachers and from the perspective of one of the most important roles in the competence profile, namely that of motivator.
How the real reasons, needs, interests of students can be identified, what the most attractive ways of working are, what tools can ensure better involvement of students in the activity represent questions and dilemmas of any teacher, regardless of subject, level of teaching, the experience he has. We hope that our approach will be a starting point and a moment of reflection for practitioners in education.
