Abstract
The article reflects a synthetic analysis on the changes in the national regulatory framework in the Republic of Moldova, related to the evaluation of school results. There are, hierarchically, the educational policy documents that underlie the evaluation process in general education. The task assumed in this article is to analyze the main successes of the educational system at the level of educational documents, to determine the main problems correlated to the school evaluation for which certain solutions are needed.
