Abstract
In this article we present the concept of the "Future Teacher" club. This project involves the creation of a club at the level of the general education institution and its general mission is to create the conditions and mechanisms to guide pupils in their teaching career as a factor in the formation of human resources in education. Thus, we highlight certain provisions regarding the establishment and functionality of this club at school level.
