Abstract
In the modern conditions of education development, the problems of teachers' professional culture have acquired a special relevance, because it is impossible to raise the teaching and education process to a new qualitative level, to move to a new model of results-oriented education without a search on active pedagogy for those who directly implement the social order of society. Recognition of the most important role in educating the personality by the teacher with a pronounced professional culture, with her right to choose, creative self-realization, an active position in life and responsibility for work results, comes to the fore.
