Abstract
The classroom management represents a complex system of behaviors in classroom
organization realised by teacher in order to promote and to mantain an adequate atmosphere allowing
to realize the educational objectives. It includes three essential elements: content management,
disciplinary problems management and interpersonal relations management.
The most important functions of the class management are: planning, control, counseling,
decision. The class management is structured on the following aspects: ergonomic; psychological ;
normative aspect; operational; innovative aspect.
