Abstract

The article reflects contents about the characteristics of the motivational process in the students' learning activity. It is known that the goal orientation of an action is as important as the accomplishment of the task itself. Usually, many teachers rush to apply learned motivational methods without checking if they are compatible with the students in front of them, if they need to be adapted or if they are simply not what the students need. This is why it is good for the teacher to communicate carefully and permanently with the students in order to have a realistic picture of them.
