Abstract
The article highlights the crucial role of school organizations in driving teacher innovation by integrating teaching, learning, and assessment in alignment with future global progress. European projects significantly contribute to this process by fostering didactic innovation and providing structured pathways to enhance institutional management, teacher professional growth, and impactful educational practices. The Erasmus Academies projects stand out in particular, as they create learning ecosystems that bring excellent teachers and innovative practice to children, generating beneficial and lasting impacts for the future of the entire community.
