Abstract

The article provides an overview of the results of a theoretical analysis of the phenomena of psychological well-being and lifestyle, as well as their relationship. The results of a formative experiment investigating lifestyle as a factor in the psychological well-being of high school students are described. The main focus of the article is on describing the results of a formative experiment. Indicators related to pathological lifestyle traits (such as „marginalism” and „psychological immaturity”) show a decline, a fact also confirmed by statistical analysis. The level of well-being among adolescents increases (with changes that are statistically significant) compared to the period prior to the implementation of the program, reaching a moderate level. The observed changes are attributed to the psychological training.
