Abstract
The article highlights the importance of capitalizing on the STEAM method in the teamwork activity of teachers in preschool institutions. This article presents statistical data from the questionnaire applied to teachers regarding their initial level of utilization on the STEAM method, significantly improving the educational process and preparing preschoolers to face the challenges of modern society.
