Abstract

The majority of offenders aged 18-25 years, who committed theft, have a thief’s experience
formed in the period of childhood, are considered ,,healthy mentally“, but in adolescence they passed
through a low level of living and they had negative social examples who destroyed their system of values
who influenced them to commit theft
