Abstract
This article analyzes the results of a study on the manifestation of students' social and emotional competences. The lack of these skills or the insufficient development of future specialists generates failures in the professional insertion. The quality of the future specialist's personality depends on the quality of the social relationships he initiates, thus, the formation of social and emotional competences is one of the modern educational priorities of the university education.
