Abstract

The fast evolution of technologies and occupational fields on the labor market requires a revision of the methodological approach in the formation process. The development of the educable must be focused on ensuring flexibility in the process of elaborating the ideas based on new circumstances in the professional activity. Chemistry as an experimental discipline requires the use of strategies based on the practical application of cognitive acquisition, often from the related fields. One way to achieve this objective is research training, which can be ensured through the implementation of research projects. The STE(A)M projects – component of the Curriculum in Chemistry (2019 edition) are characterized by a high degree of inter- and transdisciplinary, and the training based on them allows a comprehensive approach to some phenomena and a deep awareness of the laws that control the surrounding world.
