Abstract
The professional competence refers to the capacity of a person to realize, at a specific level of performance, the totality of typical work tasks specific to the teaching profession. In this context, the formation of the professional competence of the teacher requires the completion of certain steps concerning: the fundamental knowledge, the functional knowledge, the interfering knowledge.
