Abstract

This article contains ideas about the significance of the pedagogical tact as a source of development of a non-confrontational attitude and as an operating form of morality. We believe that pedagogical tact ensures the stated, because in the constructive resolution of conflicts the use of coercion is to be excluded, thus avoiding confrontations, insults, destructive criticism, increasing the stability of the relationship and the emotional balance between the conflicting parties, which will create prospects for relational and of professional integration. Also, through this approach, we advocate for training the initiative spirit in learning and research activities regarding the formation of pedagogical tact.
