Abstract
This article describes the importance and role of projects in teaching mathematics, highlighting the need to make math more accessible and relevant to students. Over time, projects have proven essential for the practical application of mathematical concepts, motivating and engaging students, promoting collaboration, and developing critical thinking skills. A concrete example is the project "In the World of Percentages," part of the cross-border partnership "Online Education Without Borders," aimed at improving the understanding and application of percentages through interactive activities. Students participated in study visits and practical activities, applying mathematical concepts in various fields such as weather forecasting or retail sales. The project had a positive impact on students' performance and contributed to the development of their presentation, collaboration, and creativity skills.
