Abstract
The purpose of this work is to reveal important principles of mathematical education, which
are applicable especially in the case of children gifted in mathematics. In this frame, the article emphasizes
the idea of launching some extracurricular courses that will offer the pupils the opportunity to develop their
abilities in different school subjects thez excel at.
