Abstract

This article proposes a brief analysis of the management act and its adjustment according to the types of teachers' motivation. Training, work environment, relationships, development of the teachers, proper payment influence their level of motivation and, therefore, students' results and achieving performance, one of the institution's main objectives. According to studies, motivation (of all types) is has been decreasing during last years, thing that affects directly the organizational performance. In order to encourage teachers, they have to be involved in the decision-making process as many times as possible. Therefore, besides assuring their proper payment, involving teachers in the managing activity and guiding them accordingly through leadership by the school directors is one way to motivate teachers with proper skills.
