Abstract
The investigations carried out on the periphytonic communities from the Lake Riscani revealed a rather rich flora, consisting of 176 species and varieties of algae. Within these communities, several ways of epiphytism have been highlighted. Some species are alga-substrate belonging to orders I, II, III, etc. On these algal substrates have been highlighted 239 species and varieties of algae. More numerous species have been detected on the Chara vulgaris (49 taxa) and Cladophora glomerata (48 taxa) algae. Frequently on these species of algae are encountered diatoms, chlorophyta and cyanophyta.
