Abstract

This article consists of theoretical and methodological aspects regarding the evaluation of computational thinking progress, using   criteria of evaluation based on descriptors. The scope  is to ensure a formative educational process, focused on development of essential cognitive skills, by formulating and applying evident  and unbiased criteria, structured on performance levels. To  demonstrate  the effectiveness of this method, the article includes a case study and practical examples, emphasizing the significance of descriptors in evaluating student development and enhancing the effectiveness of educational feedback.
