Abstract

This article focuses, in essence, on an analysis and interpretation of the notion of innovation from the perspective of its valorization through the managerial dynamization of an innovation process. A descriptive model is also configured, the components of which indicate the way in which a series of epistemological and methodological constants are presented in the area of those ideas that are of authentic value in support of the model. In terms of interpretation, the logical analysis of the notion of innovation supports the findings that highlight the need to develop a managerial competence in innovation transfer through research at the level of master's students.
