Abstract
Problem solving and creativity are tops of cognitive performance. Problem-solving learning, or in other words, exploring alternatives, is a variant of heuristics, another, more complex way of applying the theory of learning through discovery, encourages students' mental activity and develops invention and creativity. Various methods and procedures for solving equations with parameters with a high degree of difficulty are proposed in the paper.
