Abstract

Article describes the result of experimental research of well-being and optimism at adolescents. In order to investigate well-being and optimism we administrated the following questionnaires: The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, The WHO-5 Well Being Index, The Life Orientation Test (LOT). A results we highlighted that 12,90%, 54,30% and 24,30% of adolescents have a high level of well-being and optimism. According to gender differences for girls are characteristic a higher level of well-being and optimism.
