Abstract

Solving arithmetic operations requires an unusual mental work that corresponds to a real action, characterized by mathematical transformations. Any arithmetic operation starts from a mathematical situation, random or provoked, which through observation, discovery, action that triggers a rational act of thinking. The most effective way to form representations about the arithmetic operations, addition and subtraction, is exercise, because only by repeating some actions can certain results be obtained.
