Abstract

Extracurs activities are an essential component for the ongoing education of students, ensuring the continuity of the process. The article presents the activities conducted during the "Botanist" circle session, themed "STE(A)M through the lens of the coffee tree". The selected theme proposed for discussion included various subjects from the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Thus, students applied their previously acquired skills in these five domains to explore multiple aspects of coffee.
