Abstract

This article reflects the results of the research on the influence of A. alternata and A. consortiale pathogens on character manifestations: germination, length of the root and strain at various stages of early ontogenetyc development of the tomatoes. FC Alternaria spp. have affected differently the tomato genome. It has been found that each specie manifests a different degree of resistance and ability to fight the negative action of fungal pathogens.
