Abstract

Contemporary educational technologies are evolving simultaneous with socio-economic development, involving more and more innovative elements, which develop students' skills specific for each discipline. Adaptation of the new information technologies to the specifics of the study disciplines in order to solve specific problems in the field opens new perspectives for: scientific development in the field, specialization of technologies, improvement of didactic methodology, etc. Many complicated phenomena of Natural Science can not be observed and explained by common methods, in this context, advanced information technologies allow their study, simulation and modeling. One of the solutions is the use of specialized chemistry programs (Gamess, Gaussian, ChemCraft, ChemBioDraw, etc.). The use of quantumchemical calculations allows the study of the stability of different isomers of organic compounds, which reinforces the students' knowledge of the probability of molecular configurations within different classes of organic compounds.
