Abstract
The effectiveness of Chemistry training process depends to a large extent on the algorithmic logic of the skills development system, which directly influences the field's attractiveness and the degree of motivation for the pupils' training. As the current education system aims at transforming the trained person from consumer into an information creator, the technology of integrated formation of Chemistry specific competences, proposed by us, as an innovative element of Chemistry didactics, can contribute to an effective organization of Chemistry teaching-learning-assessment process and pupils' orientation towards success, quality, creativity.
